Classes of Reinsidor

In adition to all changes listed below, all classes gain access to the Swim skill as a Class Skill.

Barbarian
During the various ages of Reinsidor, there have been those that dissent with the dominant races of the time. Those peoples left to the wild, untamed lands of the south. After the Shattering, Barbarians have become somewhat more common, as they migrate north in search of more land where to live.

Class features as per the Player's Handbook.

Bard
Bards are finding recently that they are being confined more and more by the various churches that do not approve of all the Ballads sung by Bards. Lately, the church of [] has persecuted bards that sung the tale of the Order of Dawn's persecution and extermination at the hands of the Aurora Knights. Those that could, fled to the Kingdom of Albion. Those that couldn't were sentenced to life imprisonment on the island of Valvalis, also known as IslandStorm.

Added Ventriloquism to the Bard's Class Skill list.
Skill Points: 6+Int modifier per level.

Clerics
Evil Clerics have become the most common, powerful and preponderant class on Reinsidor. The churches of [] and [] have gained great support from the Baraltian and Narzaghulian governments. Members of these Clergy have long advocated an invassion of Albion, since they openly worship the dead gods [], [] and [], and have constructed shrines to various other dead gods as well.

Clerics of dead deities on the other hand, have been villified and persecuted without quarter or reprieve. Hunted as Heretics, their numbers have dwindled as to become nearly extint. Good Clerics must wear special tallismans, called Godsfire Phylacteries, to cast spells in the name of their lords. The Phylacteries are no mere Holy Symbol though; they are specially prepared Woundrous Items that contain a small fraction of the dead god's essence.

The phylacteries have practical limitations. Using some of the abilities that the phylacteries grants, such as Energy Channeling, Spell Casting, Spontaneous Casting of Spells and Domain abilities, is a surefire method to attract undesirable attention to the Cleric from Head Hunters, Blackguards and the like.

The Godsfire Phylacteries will detect the presence of other phylacteries up to a Range of 200 feet, and may detect the presence of Godsfire spots within 400 feet.

Added Knowledge (Undead) and Sense Motive to the Cleric's Class Skill List.
Added the use of the Spell Undetectable Alignment as a spell-like ability usable 1 once per day, with a caster level equal to the Cleric's actual level + his Charisma Bonus.

Druids
Ever since the shattering, Druids have become more and more recluse, attempting to heal the damage done to Reinsidor by the power hungry Wizards of Astriol. Some Druids broke of the main order of the Oak, and founded their own order, to eliminate all those responsible for the wanton destruction of an entire planet's worth of ecosystems.

Unlike Clerics, Druids receive their power directly from Reinsidor, and although their power has waned somewhat, they have not suffered as much as some Clerics have.

Class features as per the Player's Handbook.

Figthers
Fighters remain the epitome of fighting prowess on the world and, like rogues, have suffered little since the shattering. The most famous fighters on Reinsidor are those of the Order of the Aurora Knights, a group of five noble houses that has singlemindedly followed the path to master a single weapon type. Other famous groups of Knights include the Dragoons, a semi-mystic group of Lancers that have protected Albion for untold generations. The Astriolite Shields are the renown officer corps of the Astriolite Army, which has been engaged in a 400 year long war with the Suahagin. Added the following feats as fighter-only feats, and may only be taken with the figther's bonus feats:

Added Intimidation, Knowlodge (Military Traditions), Knowledge (War), Knowledge (Weaponry) to the Fighter's Class Skill list.

Monks
Added Sense Motive to the Monk's a Class Skill list.

Paladins
Paladins have been hunted down by [] and [] fanatics for centuries now. In Narzaghul, anyone even suspected of Paladinhood is sumarily executed in the spot without trial. The only surviving order of Paladins, the Order of the Knights of Dawn, work in secrecy and from the shadows to bring about the Resurection of the Dead Gods.

The Order of the Aurora Knights of the City of Narzaghul has an old score to settle with the Knights of Dawn, and have joined forces with the [] church to "Hunt down every last one of the Paladins until they are nothing but a bad memory"

Just like Good Clerics, Paladins must use a specially prepared phylactery containing a part of the essence of one the dead gods to be able to use its special powers and abilities. The phylacteries have practical limitations. Using some of the abilities that the phylacteries grants, such as Energy Channeling, Spell Casting, Spontaneous Casting of Spells and Domain abilities, is a surefire method to attract undesirable attention to the paladin from Head Hunters, Blackguards and the like.

The Godsfire Phylacteries will detect the presence of other phylacteries up to a Range of 200 feet, and may detect the presence of Godsfire spots within 400 feet.

Added Knowledge (Undead) and Sense Motive to the Paladin's Class Skill list.

Added the use of the spell Undetectable Alignment as a spell-like ability usable 1 once per day, with a caster level equal to the Paladin's actual level + his Charisma Bonus.

Rangers
Ever since the shattering, Rangers have traveled all over Reinsidor, often in the company of Druids, trying to repair the damage that the planet suffered. Most rangers remain appart from the rest of the civilized world trying to salvage what they can from the remains of Reinsidor. Their spellcasting abilities originate from within Reinsidor itself, so they have not suffered as much as the followers of the Dead gods.

For details on the Ranger come here.

Rogues
Added Ventriloquism as a Class skill.

Sorcerors
Class features based on Dragoth the Destroyer's modified Wizard class published on Eric Noah's Boards.

Wizards
Wizards have always been powerful on Reinsidor. Ever since the shattering, they've been looked upon with a combination of fear and rancor that causes them to try to pass unadverted in general. Powerful wizards still control whats left of Astriol, but their numbers are thinning rapidely without apparent explanation.
